FEB-066: Juice Machine/AODL {split} c22

After much foot-dragging on my part, I'm very happy to present this split tape. This past November I had the pleasure of seeing both performers at ST. Pete Noise Fest and immediately knew I wanted to work with them.

Juice Machine is a the husband/wife duo of Roger Smith (ChefKirk) and Heather Chessman. They weave an interesting interplay of glitch and electronic drone. Always improvised, always in the moment.

AODL is a different beast altogether. The moniker of Utah's Jeffrey Paul Shell, AODL unleashes a dense slab of atmospheric synth and harsh noise.

A harmonious contrast of very different styles.
